This is really great on brownies with marshmallows melted on top.
Creamy Chocolate Frosting
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
about 1 1/2 Tbs milk
In a small bowl, mix butter and cocoa with an electric mixer on low speed. Beat in powdered sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Mix on high until smooth and spreadable. Makes about 1 cup or enough to frost 8x8 pan of brownies.
